From their earliest days, girls naturally cleave to dolls. Tiny tots get hold of that first, soft doll who often becomes a natural bestie, there at night as a soothing bedtime companion and around during the day to snuggle with or just be at a little one’s side. Grown up girls cherish special dolls given to them long ago by a parent, adored granny, aunt or friend and often keep them forever. We’ve gathered a tea-party worthy group of special dolls that will delight young ladies of different ages and stages from Bonikka, Pennymeade, Arianna and My Friend Huggles.

Channel the wanderlust of summer with The Sweet Potatoe, a modern organic children’s clothing brand inspired by travel and cities that embody culture and history. Create everyday wee wardrobe staples for curious little explorers with a brand that launched last year and grew from a farmer’s market stop to a boutique favorite. Lazers will never go out of style and The Sweet Potatoe knows it. They’ve even centered parts of their 2015 collections around them. The Lazer-T is a soft, comfortable all-season piece that can be layered under a sweater during chilly summer evenings, or paired with a skirt or short for hot summer days.

This spring and summer, as your customers become more aware of what’s on the labels of their clothes, proudly display Made in the USA. Marketing surveys are showing an increasing desire, in particular among Americans, to purchase products made in the States in support of American jobs, hand craftsmanship and durability. This label and the movement behind it has gained popularity and retailers can take advantage this summer with Flap Happy protective swimwear, airy dresses from Aria, joyous outfits from Giggle Moon and daring denim from Preston Miles Kids.

Children's Club - New York, New York (3/1/15 - 3/3/15)

New York’s Javit’s Center rocked the 2015 ENK International Children’s Club from March 1 through 3, 2015. Over fifty brands displayed collections for the first time and there were showings by a large number of both new and international collections. Everything for kids was on view for an enthusiastic crowd of buyers, editors and bloggers as more than 650 exhibitors convened to display their wares. To further delight the crowd, prodigy DJ Fussyman was on hand to spin the turntables. Holly Hastie, Oogoolz, Shampoodle, and Charabia are a few of the brands that exhibited at the most recent Children’s Club NYC.

Playtime New York - Manhattan, (2/28/15 - 3/2/15)

Children’s fashion was out in full force last month at the Playtime New York trade show. The event, which took place at Metropolitan West in downtown Manhattan, welcomed 120 presenters and thousands of visitors. Today’s children’s designers are challenged to create clothing and room decor that suits the updated, more sophisticated style that older grade school kids and tweens often want. Even babies are getting in on the action with simpler, more understated styles. RaspberryPlum, Lorena Canals, Ellie Fun Day and Finger in the Nose introduce fresh, exciting products to the kids’ fashion scene.

Upon starting her career in the sports market at Nike and Reef (a surf lifestyle brand), Silly Souls Founder and President Shelly Foster found a real need for a fun and cool urban brand for babies. When Silly Souls launched in 2002 (originally called babygags), the urban, surf and skate brands had not yet fully entered the baby market. “The market was very classic pink and blue,” according to Foster. “I wanted to create a fun, funny, irreverent kids brand parents would love and laugh at.”

Pash Kidz offers all the essential wardrobe foundations, including leggings, hoodies, sweatpants and jackets. Designs are inspired by the classic styles of the 1960’s and 1970’s, with a focus on drawstrings and pleather, but are coupled with a youthful urban street twist. Pash blends an assortment of soft silk, jersey, and cotton organza in neutral colors and vivid prints, creating styles that are comfortable and unique.

The Milan-based Margherita brand offers clothing for baby boys and baby girls, as well as for girls up to size 10. Margherita Missoni-Amos grew up with plenty of freedom to express herself through fashion, and she wanted her line to encourage kids to do the same, so she chose a charming bohemian look that allowed for mixing and matching. The pieces are made to be comfortable and easy to move around in, and the colors are mainly classics like pink, white, and navy blue.

Some of the newest designs from cachcach available for viewing in our showrooms in NY, LA, Atlanta and Dallas. Cachcach is made with beautiful soft fabrics and custom details. Each garment comes with details that completely accessorize the outfit. Hats, head bows and purses are sold separately.
