Tender Cargo is a mom-owned business in Berkeley, California. We opened to web orders in 2006 and presently operate from a home office, a warehouse space for shipping, and coming soon, an honest-to-goodness storefront here in Berkeley.

We believe in baby gear made with true quality, products built to last for a 2nd and 3rd child. We search for wholesome, natural and educational toys, we’d never settle for cheap plastic.

We believe in protecting baby’s health through organic fabrics, BPA-free bottles and cups, and gifts of nontoxic wooden toys.

We believe a well-made baby carrier can give your freedom back. We believe a good nursing cover can give mobility through the confidence to breastfeed wherever you may be.
And we don’t want “baby gear” to mean goofy, childish fabrics or poorly styled supplies!
