The Children’s Show at Deerfield

The Midwest Children’s Apparel Group (MCAG) is a growing organization of more than 30 independent sales representatives selling maternity, infant, children’s and juvenile apparel, gifts, gear and accessories to businesses throughout the Midwestern states. The Children’s Show at Deerfield, our premier event, is now the largest children’s apparel show in the Midwest. MCAG trade shows are comfortable, buyer‐friendly environments.
