MAX Children’s Shoe Show

MAX Children’s Shoe Show was started in 2006, by a handful of vendors with the intent of giving retailers a “kids” only place to shop in the Midwest. What started as 8 vendors has grown today to represent more than 50 children’s shoe companies comprising more than 100 labels.

The shows initial mantra was to be a show that was dedicated to the needs of the retailer. As a result, the show hours allow retailers to continue to work in the stores and still have the opportunity to work “after hours.” Along with convenience, there have been educational seminars with a goal of networking that has proven very successful, and in today’s environment of extremely competitive business, this show has crossed the divisional boundaries allowing retailers and vendors alike to participate in after hours events to promote comraderie.
