At Satsuma Designs we decided to bring everything in house because we saw that learning even the basic technology - html for web pages, email marketing, etc. was worth learning to be able to change things on the fly. Web technology is surprisingly easy to learn! I encourage all designers to check out a web tutorial for 30 minutes to see how simple and actually fun it can be!
