The mission of Joanne & Company is to work in partnership with its independent reps, buyers and manufacturers to increase sales for the mfg. and provide great product for their retailers to order, hence improving their business as well. They do this by having a strong group of independent reps that are knowledgeable within their field and do their best to help their retailer grow their business. The showroom is warm and inviting. A customer does not feel pressure to buy, but is invited to look around and enjoy the product and displays. The manufacturers that are represented in the home decor, gift and baby business are chosen because they fit together well; they don’t compete with each other but are complimentary. The goal is to give the customers the ability to order multiple lines for their stores.
