Grupo Carolina

Grupo Carolina started manufacturing unisex clothes for kids in plain fabric, under the brand “Manufacturas Carolina”. The commercialization was made through direct selling points and concessions.

The Carolina Group is the only company of the Department of Tolima that handles a vertical integration of the production processes. At present the organization has 325 employees working in the areas of Production, Administration, creation, and Marketing and Sales Team.

Our Vertical integration has been the result of a large effort during several years. It is composed by plants of knitting, dry-cleaning, embroidering, and marketing through 16 direct selling points and concessiongs in Colombia. This procedure guarantees products of an optimal quality, which has permitted us to obtain the license of Mattel Inc. to produce clothes with the brands Barbie and Hot Wheels
