The Shoe Market of Americas

The Shoe Market of Americas, known as SMOTA, was founded in 1958 and is a trade association for the traveling sales representatives in the footwear and related industries. SMOTA’s purpose is to promote and protect the common business of our members.

SMOTA produces three trade shows a year at the Miami Beach Convention Center and the Palm Hotel. The goal of these trade shows is to create a venue where sales representatives and retailers can buy, sell and develop business relations in an efficient and user friendly environment.
