Lil Tootsies are a Feat of Art

Created by artist Phyllis Holly, with special ribbons and laces, these colorful shoes aren’t made for walking. They are feats of fancy for the pre-walkers.

These shoes are hand-painted leatherette and are available in two sizes: 6 weeks to 3 months (size 1) and 3 to 6 months (size 2). The shoe design even continues on the bottom so the artist’s work can be seen no matter how the babies get around.
