Rashti & Rashti Grows Its Plush Toy Division

Rashti & Rashti is proud to announce it recently acquired Prestige Toy Corporation, an industry leader with a strong reputation for producing quality infant plush toy products. Along with the Prestige brand, Rashti & Rashti has obtained several well known licenses for plush allowing the company to expand the product offering to its retail customers in the infant plush toy category. The licensed brands involved include: Elf on a Shelf, Fisher Price, Garanimals (exclusive to Walmart), Grin and Grow (a Sassy brand exclusive to Walmart), Sesame Street and even more product categories under Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.

Already a reputable maker of plush toys and soothers, Rashti & Rashti will use the Prestige Toy resources to build on its own licensing portfolio which includes Carters, Taggies and Boppy. Additionally, the acquisition of Prestige provides synergies in design expertise and production capabilities to offer an even greater array of plush, activity, bath and other types of toys to its existing customers while seamlessly continuing to service Prestige’s customers with the brands and products they are currently buying.

“When we learned that the long time owner of Prestige was looking to retire, we saw an opportunity that was not only good for our company but for the retail community.” said Charlotte Rashti, President of Rashti & Rashti. “Often our products and the Prestige products are displayed in the same department.
