In 1994, Custom Playhouses was founded by a husband-wife team in Forest Lake, Minnesota. Working out of a small shop, they created unique playhouse designs that entice children from all over the world. Offering full custom design, painting, and fabrication, Custom Playhouses creates play beds, commercial play structures, children’s furniture & accessories, garden potting sheds, and more… at surprisingly affordable prices!

From Scotland to Australia, and from Alberta to Manhattan, Custom Playhouses’ stellar clients include some of the most creative and innovative minds of the century. Custom Playhouses currently operates from a brand new, state-of-the-art workshop in Shelley, Idaho—a small town located about two hours south of Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Teton Mountains.
