Mothering Touch Centre

The Mothering Touch Centre was founded in the spring of 2003 by Eva Bild and Florance Simpson with the goal of providing a variety of classes and support services to expectant and new families. With this goal in mind, we gathered childbirth educators, doulas, breastfeeding educators and perinatal yoga and fitness instructors. In the spring of 2004, we moved to 1562 Fort Street and added a retail store; then in January 2006, we expanded our store to be able to carry a wider variety of products and to create spaces in which to fit bras and offer breastfeeding consultations. As of June 2008 we moved to our present location at 975 Fort Street to be able to offer an even greater selection of products and much larger spaces for meetings, classes and fitness - we look forward to meeting you soon!
