Laura, a widow, and a hands on entrepreneur, was determined to be independent after her husband’s death. So, with the help of her daughter, she integrated her love of sewing and her talent for design with her daughter’s marketing skills to create a unique and highly specialized niche, customized baby bedding and accessories for the nursery.

They have worked closely with the CPSC (Consumer Products Safety Commission) and the JPMA (Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association) to stay abreast of all safety regulations to provide their customers with a safe product. Their workmanship is exquisite and their imagination is endless. Rocking Horse Designs’ products are literally sold around the world. They’ve designed rooms for professional athletes, wallstreet executives and even an Arabian Prince, and of course, everyone in between.
