Roger has thirty years’ experience in the world marketplace and acknowledged expertise in distribution, marketing, and operations. He holds an MBA in Global Management and has served on the boards of the Toy Industry Association (TIA), the American Specialty Toy Retail Association, and the International Committee of the United States Chamber of Commerce.
