Bow Allure opened its doors in 2010, founded by Juliet Hartley, owner and senior designer, whose inspiration came from her two daughters, Sophia and Grace. Prior to establishing Bow Allure, Juliet spent more than a decade providing care as an allied health professional for both the private sector and for our Nation’s brave veterans.
