Designer Elisa Lysiak is the mother of two boys and two girls. Elisa and her husband love having a large family. “Our children are the inspiration behind Pippi Tails® Pippi Wear®, The Bottle Cap Clippy®, and Pippilishious. Everyone pitches in when it comes to Pippi Tails® whether modeling, sorting headbands, or helping with packaging, our family works together to make Pippi Tails® “ Successful”.

Elisa accredits growing up in Santa Barbara, California for her creativity. Sundays at the beach was always inspirational to me. Each Sunday local artist and designers displayed their hand crafted works of art. Santa Barbara has some of the most talented artist in the world you learn to be resourceful and creative. Creating something from nothing.” Or in her case Recyclable Bottle Caps. “With everyone trying to make efforts to be, “Eco Friendly”, I chose to help by giving Mom’s to chance to teach their children about recyclable products and creativity. Having two daughters, Elisa began making hair accessories to match their clothing.
