Stonz Wear Keeps Kids Cozy, Head to Toe
Living on the weather-beaten western coast of Canada, Lisa Will could not find warm, lightweight footwear for her young son that would also stay on. She resorted to wrapping scarves around his legs to keep him toasty. Then, as luck would have it, Lisa met another creative mom who had designed handmade booties for her young child that resembled fleece-lined chalk bags. Lisa knew that unique booties like these would fill a need in the children’s market . It was like peanut butter first meeting chocolate, and their business, ** Stonz Wear Inc.** was born!
Stonz Wear booties are ultra comfy and keep children warm and dry with fleece-lined inners and a coated nylon exterior. The booties feature stylish appliqués, soft soles, and toggles at both the calf and ankle so that they stay snug and secure. After five years in business, the company also offers Linerz, Hatz and Mittenz to keep infants through toddlers warm and cozy, from head to toe.
Lisa’s favorite saying is ““There is no such thing as bad weather; only inappropriate clothing.” See what’s most appropriate from Stonz Wear at the 7 W show, Booth E15 or visit www.stonzwear.com
mimijumi Bottles are the Next Best Thing
The creators at mimijumi understand why breastfeeding is ideal for babies, but they’re also practical thinkers. They know that breastfed babies sometimes nurse on a bottle, and that’s why they invented the “Very Hungry.” The Very Hungry 8-ounce bottle is designed to closely mimic the breastfeeding experience, as the color, form and texture of the nipple resembles the appearance and feel of a mother’s breast. The bottle is made from BPA-free plastic and the nipple is made with medical grade silicon to ensure safety and comfort. The one-piece nipple includes an integrated ventilation system to aid in digestion and reduce colic, further helping to calm babies.
Very Hungry facilitates an easy transition from breast to bottle and back again. Testimonials report that even the fussiest breastfed babies have no trouble accepting this bottle, which makes life easier for parents, babies and caregivers.
The Very Hungry bottle may just be the best alternative to the real thing. Learn more about mimijumi at the 7 W Show, Booth E8, or visit www.mimijumi.com
