EzyRoller: What a Way to Get Around!

Not a bike or a scooter (or a paint brush!), the EzyRoller makes snake-like movements using the principle of cambering motion, the same motion used by gondolas in Venice. The swift movement is a sensation that can only be experienced with the EzyRoller. Feet are placed on the motion bar, and with a right/left motion the EzyRoller is propelled forward.

First released Christmas 2005, the EzyRoller is gaining popularity with its unique design and wide appeal. With no chains, pedals, or batteries, the EzyRoller offers silent and smooth speed powered by swift leg movements. Developed in a New Zealand garage, the product quickly took off.

Silent and durable, the EzyRoller glides on all flat surfaces except grass and sand; it even works on high carpet.
The movement is simple enough for a 3-year old to learn independently. With the right technique, and sufficient strength, the EzyRoller can reach up to 12 mph on a flat surface. Older kids can play EzyHockey and EzyFootball or race through obstacle courses. The EzyRoller is appropriate for ages 3 to 14, or up to 6 feet and 150 pounds. Children must be at least 3’ 3” to reach the movement bar, and each EzyRoller is sold with extension parts to add as the child grows.

The EzyRoller is sold in New Zealand, Australia, the U.S., and Canada and retails from $99-$119 depending on taxes and shipping costs. Spare wheels are sold separately for $3 each. The EzyRoller complies with all safety standards and should not be used near cars.
