Who's Little? Girls' Dress Line Launches for Spring/Summer '15
By Caletha Crawford
Who’s Little? debuts with a collection of special occasion dresses that are sure to please all generations. The colors, energy and movement of the dresses go straight to the heart of every little girl, while the quality and age-appropriate styling beckon moms and grandmothers. Who’s Little? uses gorgeous fabrics, feminine hues and special trims to transform classic silhouettes into showpieces for the modern girl. The fun, twirl-worthy dresses, which span sizes 2 to 6, reflect the delight and joy of being young. ”I’ve realized that I’m a very nostalgic person. And some of my fondest memories are twirling in the princess-like dresses my mom bought me for special events,” says Sara Caterinicchia, founder and designer of Who’s Little?. “With Who’s Little?, I feature sweet designs that capture the fleeting, carefree days of childhood. I also strive to make girls feel special when they wear one of my dresses. Even though they’re little, fashion is transformative — you can see it on their faces!”
The Spring/Summer ‘15 collection is comprised of six styles that have loads of character and are awash in vibrant hues:
- The Latticework dress juxtaposes an architectural print with a floaty full skirt and radiates in a joyous hot pink colorway.
- Tangerine Dream features punchy orange orbs, a frilly peplum and a flourish of netting at the hem.
- Cotton Candy is a frothy confection with a paper-bag waist, bubble hem and textured mint polka dot fabric.
- A shower of melon blossoms grace the overlay of the Petal Parade dress, which gets a weightless effect thanks to a tulle underskirt.
- The Sweetheart is offered in a pristine white waffle fabric and features an irresistible heart cutout on the back, accented by hot pink piping.
- The Oh Joy greets summer with a twist on the traditional sundress with a triangular cutout on the back along with a happy mint hue and a citrine pop.
The line employs a variety of fabrics, including cotton, satin, organza, Swiss dot mesh, lace and tulle. Visit Who’s Little? at www.whoslittle.com
