Wen C. Reese brings her contemporary design sensibility to nighttime with Skylar Luna, which launches at ENK Children’s Club (booth #2211). Moms can appreciate the eco-friendly properties and reasonable prices; while kids want to cozy up to these comfortable and stylish pajamas. “As a mom, I’ve always found it difficult to find quality sleepwear that feels good and mimics the modern style of the clothes my children wear during the day,” Reese stated. “Skylar Luna is soft, organic cotton washed in a sophisticated palette using simple designs — no busy all-over prints or mass-market characters. I chose to use organics because with pajamas, children wear them close to their skin for many hours each day so I wanted a product that was as pure as possible. ”

The collection runs from 12-18 months to size 8 for boys and girls, and meets the CPSC guidelines for children’s sleepwear. It features snug-fitting, two-piece bodies constructed of yarn-dyed, 100-percent organic cotton. Flat seams contribute to the pajamas’ supple, cuddly feel. Each set comes packaged in reusable linen pouches, which makes it the perfect grab-and-go gift for grandmas, family and friends.

The August launch collection features stripes in eight color combinations — including pink/gray, cream/dark pink/taupe, green/gray, and yellow/gray/blue, plus a red/silver and forest/silver for the holidays — as well as a bubble print and a hand-drawn robot motif. New colors and prints will be released twice a year. The sets wholesale for $17.
