Author of Award-winning Baby Journal Launches Unique Baby Journaling Workshops

“Put Your Love on Paper” is a fun and interactive workshop that helps parents start and finish their baby journal.

Norwalk, CT -Local author and mompreneur, Jennifer Covello, is providing the solution to help parents start and finish their baby journals. Utilizing her award-winning baby journal, My Life, and her 7 Easy Tips for Journaling, along with fun exercises, she debunks the two myths commonly heard from busy parents about why they don’t have a completed journal for their children: “I don’t have time” and “I don’t know what to write.”

Launched on May 2, 2011 at Krik-it Kids in Fairfield, CT, the inaugural workshop was well-received by attendees and was filmed by Better CT for a segment that aired on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at 3:00pm EST on WFSB – Channel 3. (http://www.wfsb.com/betterct/index.html)

“Put Your Love on Paper was launched because of all of the moms, dads, and even grandparents I’ve met who don’t have a completed baby journal for their children. The look of regret on their faces was heartbreaking. I decided that I could not only provide them with an award-winning baby journal as a great way for them to record those special memories, but I could also show them how to do it, making it easy and fun,” says Jennifer Covello.

Workshops are between 90 minutes and two hours in length depending on the number of participants. “I like to ensure that there is time for interaction and sharing of stories among the participants and that they have time to ask questions.”

There are two upcoming workshops scheduled. The first is at the Mindful Moms Group Monthly Meeting at Fat Cat Pizza in Norwalk, CT on June 29 at 7:30 pm. In July, the South Norwalk Children’s Library will host the workshop on July 20th at 10:00am.
