Do we really know what our kids are watching on television these days? There are lots of television shows that are approved for children and are both child and parent friendly. But do we take the time to actually watch them? Spending time with your family watching a T.V. show or a made for television movie can be a great way to bond with them and start up good conversations, but are all the shows appropriate?

With August fast approaching us, you start to think, “Where did July go?” Or more so, “Where did summer go?” We tend to be so wrapped up in work, family, our children’s events and finding time for ourselves in the mix of it all that time flies by us.
