7 W NYC Baby & Kids Fair: A Class Act

i attended the first 7 W NYC Baby & Kids Fair earlier this week. I have been to so many trade shows over the past 30 years, but I have never attended a children’s trade event that offered as many perks to both buyers and exhibitors. Congratulations to the 7 W sales and management team, as well as the entire staff of the building, for hosting a successful and first-class premier event.

7 W Puts on a Great Show

Special touches that made everyone feel more than appreciated included delicious complimentary lunches each day, informative business presentations from experts, a welcoming exhibit area, extended evening shopping, reimbursement for local transportation and deluxe shuttle vans to and from NYIGF, valuable prize drawings for buyers, musical entertainment, hotel discounts, and even generous servings of beer, wine and assorted appetizers every day. The 3-day event certainly deserves to grow in both size and reputation. In an industry in which it is practically impossible to predict anything, I predict that the 7 W NYC Baby & Kids Fair will become a cost-effective and productive “must-attend” event.

Fellowship and Fun Among Exhibitors

In addition, the genuine spirit of camaraderie and sharing among the exhibiting manufacturers was outstanding, as we can all learn from each other and celebrate everyone’s success. Many of the vendors I met told me that they would definitely “give the show another try.” The next 7 W Baby & Kids Fair will be in August, again coinciding with the NYIGF.
