Playtime New York March Event to Feature Pop-up Shop, Art Exhibits, Trend Space, And More

Playtime New York, the international trade show dedicated to universes of children, junior and maternity, is planning an array of special exhibits and activities for its second show, March 5 – 7, 2011, at SoHo’s 82 Mercer (82 Mercer Street between Spring and Broome Streets).

Among the attractions will be a special Pop-Up Shop, art exhibits, trends space and more, complemented by Playtime’s signature sophisticated yet whimsical ambiance. CPSC's Extends Existing Stay of Enforcement on Testing and Certifications of Total Lead Content

Here is a link (http://www.cpsc.gov/businfo/frnotices/fr11/stayleadrev.pdf) to the Federal Register Notice announcing the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) decision to extend the existing stay of enforcement on testing and certifications of the total lead content in children’s products (except for metal components of children’s metal jewelry) until December 31, 2011.
