#kidsbiz - Plus the vendor did not factor in marketing costs in U.S. I advised to factor in marketing next season.
. @nestledbean So the "old" design is less. And the new "bells and whistles" design would be more? right? #kidsbiz
#kidsbiz I too advised a vendor to raise prices for next season. Prices too low to reflect quality so some retailers passsed.
. @ torlykid I love a sale! but yeah, if there's a ton of it left, I wonder why no one else wanted it! #kidsbiz

Other brands have shifted manufacturing to other regions to cut costs. But that can be tricky. Even dangerous! #kidsbiz
Q3 Has anyone changed pricing based on market feedback? Yes, no? How? #kidsbiz
Also, lots have done secondary lines to scoop up retailers/consumers who are counting pennies #kidsbiz
In terms of price sensitivity, many brands have tried to tweak construction to make it simpler but still their aesthetic #kidsbiz
