Insights Discovered is Exclusively Focused on Children’s Products Brands

Las Vegas, NV (March 2010) Penny Redlin, a mom and marketer for more than a decade announces the launch of Insights Discovered, a children’s product marketing firm. Recognizing that many emerging businesses could benefit from her professional assistance to build and grow their budding brands, Redlin decided to create Insights Discovered, a consulting company that exclusively focuses on serving the juvenile products market. The “insight” that motivated her to pursue this venture was “discovered” after interviewing a number of small business owners wanting to grow their companies but not knowing how or where to begin. Additionally, after learning that finances are one of the greatest challenges prohibiting many of these owners from seeking help, she designed a progressive a-la-carte fee structure to ensure that anyone who wants assistance can receive it.

Redlin recently left her post as Director of Marketing for pediped® footwear to start Insights Discovered. Before spending over two years at the growing footwear company, she worked for Unilever, one of the world’s largest consumer package goods companies marketing well-known brands such as Suave and Degree. Redlin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago as well as a certificate in child development. In addition to her professional expertise, she is the mother of a three-year-old son. On why she felt compelled to launch her company, she replies, “I’ve found that many moms have amazing ideas. Their passion motivates them to bring their idea to market where many find themselves distracted if not overwhelmed by the prospect of communicating their product to the world – a fundamental element of growth. I offer strategic planning, marketing and market research to ensure that companies have the greatest opportunity for success.”
