Celebrity Babies Show Off Their Green Assets
Happy Earth Day! Today is the best day to share some photos of some celebrity babies who are going green, with a little help from mom and dad of course. Happy Heiney’s, a reusable diaper company, is forever working to inform new parents just how easy Happy Heineys reusable diapers are and one of the easiest ways for them to do so is to show off some adorable picture of some of their favorite celebrity tots. Several of these moms have clearly stated that “If I can do it anyone can do it!” There just is no excuse anymore for not using reusable diapers. Not only are are Happy Heiney’s diapers healthy for baby and the planet, but they are super cute and they make an amazing fashion statement. No longer do babies have to have the yucky chemical-laden disposable diaper sagging between their legs, but instead the beautiful colors and great prints of flowers, monkeys, bears, and more from Happy Heiney’s that fit better than disposables and are more comfortable.
Hybrib Diapers Are Not Greener Than Disposables
Linda Byerline, owner of Happy Heiney’s is dedicated to helping to educate parents about the truth concerning diapering options, “Sadly, today many green moms are being misled into thinking that when they choose a disposable diaper from a company that states the disposable diaper is green, healthy for the environment and baby, sadly they are not. These so-called green and safe disposable diapers contain the same exact chemicals as every other disposable diaper on the market. The only difference is that the outer fabrics are not bleached. The same bad chemicals that cause off-gassing are still there. The same chemicals that seep into the under-ground water is still there. The same products that have a never-ending life-cycle are still there. These products are still part of the one ton of diapers polluting the landfills and sewer systems.”
Reusable Diapers Offer Huge Financial and Environmental Savings
Products from Happy Heinys are made in the companies own facility in San Diego, California, and employ local moms. By The environmental savings and the financial savings realized as a result of using reusable diapers instead of disposables is significant and does make a difference. Linda Byerline knows that reusable diapers make both sense and cents as she reports, “The estimate reusable diapering cost of what a baby needs from birth to potty trained is only $450. The estimated costs of using disposable diapers over the same period is over $2,500. The “natural” disposable diapers cost even more than that!”
