K.I.D.S. Announces Partnership with The Juno Company
Kids In Distressed Situations (K.I.D.S.) today announced a new partnership with The Juno Company, makers of the Emmy Award winning Juno Baby series, and recently released Juno Jr. series. As part of The Juno Company’s “One for All” program, for every Juno Company DVD, CD or book sold through the company’s website, the company will donate a special music education DVD to a child in need through K.I.D.S.
“By providing educational resources through beautiful music, The Juno Company is inspiring and nurturing the minds of children, while helping early development,” said K.I.D.S. President Dr. Janice Weinman. “We are thrilled to be partnering with The Juno Company and to be bringing early music education to the neediest children in America.”
The partnership was launched at a press conference at the ABC Kids Expo in Las Vegas yesterday. During this time, The Juno Company extended a friendly challenge to match piece for piece any products donated by the show’s other exhibitors with a DVD. In addition, any orders from buyers at the show will also be matched. The company has committed to K.I.D.S. that it will provide up to 5,000 DVDs for the challenge. All donated products will be distributed by K.I.D.S. to partner agencies serving children and families in need in Clark County, NV, which has been identified as one of the poorest communities in the country.
“Integral to our company is our mission to make early music education accessible to all children, regardless of family means,” said The Juno Company CEO, Barrett Cohn. “Through our One For All Program and partnering with K.I.D.S., we hope to inspire others in our industry to do as we do: give back.”
