Animal, vegetable or mineral? Unlike the children’s game, no guessing is involved when products are labeled “certified 100% organic,” manufactured as food, fiber/textile or personal care products to confirm the quality, prevent misrepresentation, and encourage organic commerce. Since 1985, the Organic Trade Association (OTA) has been an advocate and force of change in promoting organic standards for certifying products and instilling consumer confidence. The Giggle Guide^® showcases four OTA members to highlight some of the ways their products support the certified 100% organic label: Sckoon Organics, B nature, Pure Blankz, and Fresh Organics.

While others may spend their 2011 Valentine’s Day exchanging roses, cards, and chocolates, or sharing a romantic plate of spaghetti, many of us in the juvenile product industry will be celebrating in a rather different fashion. KidShow at Bally’s in Las Vegas kicks off on Valentine’s Day through February 16th.
