Kissy Kissy Cozies Up to Fall ’13 with Fashion and Function in its Signature Pima Cotton
RED BANK, N.J. (January 11, 2013)—Kissy Kissy by Tatiana and Company enters Fall ’13 with a collection ranging from sweet to sophisticated for every day, special days and everything in between. The line is designed with distinctive flourishes and whimsical themes that moms, grands and gift-givers will love and the ultra-soft Peruvian Pima cotton babies adore.
From wardrobe staples to occasion wear, the brand delivers timeless pieces in each division, including novelty looks in the Kissy Kissy line; bolder statements from Kissy Kissy’s Qt-Qt; christening apparel in Besos by Kissy Kissy; and embroidered and smocked garments from Kissy Kissy Premier.
“Like all of our collections, the Fall ’13 Kissy Kissy line is designed to reflect the fun, joy and specialness of baby’s cherished first days,” says founder and owner Roxana Castillo. “We’re always careful to keep mom’s practical concerns like comfort, care and quality in mind while also adding that special touch in the form of intricate prints and hand-worked details to delight gift-givers.”
For girls, Parisian poodles give a wanderlust vibe; castles and carriages stir princess dreams; and toe shoes take the ballerina theme for a spin. And no Kissy Kissy collection would be complete without flowers so naturally a garden of blooms, blossoms and bouquets provide a feminine flair throughout the line. Boys are set to cover a lot of ground with construction vehicles, antique roadsters and anything else to get him from point A to B. Ballgame prints and ice hockey themes score big, while dinosaurs loom large and puppies pant for the chance to become boy’s best friend. Meanwhile, there’s no shortage of unisex options including ginghams, dots, ducks, frogs, stars and the brand’s signature stripes.
The collection is comprised of everything babies need in their wardrobes like converter gowns, footies, one-pieces, pants sets, dresses, hats, bibs, booties and blankets. And as the temperature drops, Kissy Kissy piles on cozy options like knit caridgans, velour playsuits and Sherpa buntings. The line runs from preemie through size 4T. The collection wholesales from $4.50 for hats to $39 for buntings, and it ranges from $48 to $125 for special occasion items.
About Tatiana and Company
Tatiana and Company launched in 1995 as a small baby boutique that sold multiple lines, including a few Peruvian collections. Seeing a need for Peruvian Pima cotton layette with a traditional look, the company launched Kissy Kissy. When Kissy Kissy began, it was the first to do a lot of things that are industry standards now. It was the first U.S. company to establish a Peruvian Pima cotton line in the U.S. kids market. And it was also the first to offer a full range of apparel and accessories for baby so parents and gift-givers could put together sets with blankets, booties, hats, bibs, etc. Today, Kissy Kissy is carried in the finest department stores and specialty boutiques around the world and has a strong celebrity fan base, including Katie Holmes, Molly Sims, Celine Dion, Salma Hayek and Brooke Shields.
