Babe Ease Supports Breast Cancer Research

In recognition of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness month, Babe Ease, manufacturer of the original Clean Shopper shopping cart cover, announces its year-round support by donating $1.00 from the sale of every Pink Gingham Clean Shopper to the ESSCO-MGH Breast Cancer Research Fund. Owner Missy Cohen-Fyffe says, “This fund is unique as every penny raised goes directly to cutting-edge breast cancer research at the MGH in Boston. My family started the fund after my sister had been diagnosed 15 years ago. We’ve helped fund research, including the much talked about Circulating Tumor Cell program.”

The fund’s 14th annual benefit, *Cards For A Cure** takes place on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at the Pine Brook Country Club in Weston, MA. Over $100,000 is expected to be raised at the event, with 100% of the proceeds going to fund research.
