A “No Slippy Clippy”^® Bonanza in 2009

Spring 2009: Snapping at the heels of the French Clippy^® introduction last fall comes yet another No Slippy^® innovation: the “Pooch Clippy^®”! Creating for the canine contingent makes perfect sense to Annie Salyer, dog lover and President/CEO of No Slippy^®.

“No Slippy Clips^® have been used as clips for dogs for several years now,” reveals Salyer, “Following the success of our magnetic pinch clip, it was natural for us to extend into this $40 multibillion dollar market by adding two more clips.”

No Slippy’s Pooch Clippy^® line will include the “Snappy”, “Frenchy” and “Clippy” models. “Snappy” is a one-inch velvet snap clip for smaller dogs, and “Frenchy” is a scaled-down version of the ‘tween fave French Clippy^®. “Clippy” is the signature No Slippy^® magnetic pinch clip, adorned by adorable pooch-oriented trims.

Special Bulletin: No Slippy Hair Clippy^® was featured on CNN’s Larry King Live! On February 2, 2009, Larry King interviewed Larry Birkhead, who was accompanied by his daughter Daniellyn. Daniellyn was wearing two No Slippy Hair Clippies^®: The Queen Audrey bow and the Baby Audrey bow, both in light pink. This is Daniellyn’s second appearance wearing No Slippy^®; her first, wearing a hot pink Shiloh clip at her birthday party, was featured in US Weekly.

In corporate news, No Slippy^® won the prestigious Earnshaw’s 2008 Earnie Award in the Accessories-Hair and Jewelry Category for Design Excellence. Earnshaw’s 32nd Annual Earnie Awards honor design excellence in children’s fashion. Retailers nationwide select nominees in a variety of categories representing all distribution tiers, and winners are selected exclusively by retailers’ votes.
